PERSONALLY PLANNED

Three stops. One very good trip.

See how planning a trip with Shealey works, from your first ideas and travel budget to comparing options, booking arrangements, and getting ready to go.

First, tell me the daydream

Start with who is traveling, the dates you are considering, and a budget that feels comfortable. Share the occasion and any non-negotiables: a quiet beach, connecting rooms, less time in transit, or a resort where the teenagers will actually have fun. If you are still choosing a destination, that is useful information too.

A rough total budget helps us compare realistic options. Tell me whether that number includes flights, meals, activities, and spending money. We can clarify the moving parts before narrowing the search.

Then, we connect the dots

We will look at options through the lens of your priorities. Expect tradeoffs to be part of the conversation: a better location versus a larger room, a direct journey versus a lower fare, or more destinations versus a more relaxed pace.

Before any booking, review what is included, what is extra, payment dates, supplier terms, and change or cancellation conditions. Ask about any planning or service fees at the start. The website does not guarantee a universal fee structure or a particular supplier's terms.

Finally, you get ready to go

Once arrangements are confirmed, keep your confirmations and itinerary together. Check traveler names against the documents you will use, revisit any outstanding deadlines, and discuss transfers, arrival instructions, and the best contact route for questions.

Changes can happen. Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other suppliers control their own operations and policies. Having a travel advisor gives you someone to help understand the available next steps; it does not replace official supplier instructions or emergency services.

You do not need to have it all figured out

Start with what you know. Send a trip inquiry, or read the planning library for help choosing dates, budgets, and an itinerary style.
