Information you choose to share
The trip inquiry form asks for your name and email and offers optional fields about the trip you are considering. Information you submit is used to respond to your request and discuss travel planning. Do not submit passport numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive identity information through this form.
How an inquiry is processed
The website sends inquiries to Shealey by email using Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent automated abuse. Hosting and service providers may process technical request information needed to operate and protect their services. The website does not maintain a separate customer-account database.
Website analytics
The production website loads Google Analytics automatically to measure website activity such as page visits and inquiry-completion events. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about visits. The application does not send the contents of your inquiry to analytics.
If enabled, Vercel Speed Insights measures website performance. Provider processing and retention are governed by their services as well as the site's configuration. External links, including Facebook and destination resources, lead to websites with their own policies.
The optional Gate 1A lounge remembers destinations already shown in the current browser session so it can offer fresh suggestions. This local session preference contains destination paths only and is not sent with an inquiry.
Questions and requests
Contact travelwithshealey@gmail.com with questions about information you have shared, or to request a correction or deletion. Emails related to an inquiry or travel arrangements may need to be retained for ongoing service and applicable recordkeeping needs. This notice describes the website's inquiry flow; individual travel suppliers provide separate terms when you book.
